John Wimber, the founder of the Vineyard movement has said, “If we ever ignore the poor and needy, we are as good as dead as a church!”

Mercy Works is just a name we have coined for our ministry or service to those in need.

We may not seem to be terribly organized in our work but we urge everyone in NLV to get involved to help others who are poor and in need.

Just let it happen when someone has personally moves you to compassion and you wish to touch the person’s life with the love of Jesus!

If the need seems greater than what you can personally carry, see if others in the fellowship can help.
